What do I need to get started? +
Just sign up with your email, add your WhatsApp number, and create your first unit. NestMind AI connects through the Evolution API to handle WhatsApp messages automatically. No special hardware or software needed.
How does the autonomous AI agent work? +
NestMind AI uses an agentic framework powered by Google Gemini. When a tenant messages or you give a command, the AI plans a sequence of actions, selects from 15+ built-in tools (image analysis, legal lookup, contractor matching, web scraping, etc.), and executes them autonomously. You can review its reasoning and override any decision.
How does rent collection work? +
NestMind integrates with Stripe Connect. You onboard once (takes 5 minutes), then the system generates secure payment links for each tenant. Links can be sent automatically via WhatsApp at the start of each month. Payments are tracked in real-time with full statistics — collection rates, pending payments, and revenue analytics.
What does tenant screening include? +
Tenant screening covers credit checks, criminal background verification, and identity validation. You can use automated providers (Certn, SingleKey) or enter screening results manually. The AI calculates a risk score and provides an approve/deny/review recommendation based on the results.
Is my data secure? +
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Multi-tenant architecture ensures complete isolation between landlords. Utility credentials are encrypted and never exposed to the AI — only used internally for automated scraping. LLM guardrails prevent the AI from exposing sensitive data.
Can I control what the AI sends to tenants? +
Absolutely. You control the auto-reply toggle, the delay before replies are sent, and the cooldown between messages. For high-severity issues, the AI always alerts you first and waits for approval. You can also set it to full autopilot for routine requests.
